Employment work from my tenure with Future Partners, where I advanced from Research Coordinator to Research Director. I directly managed qualitative research delivery and supported mixed method destination studies spanning meeting planners, website usability and conversion, visitor profiles, resident sentiment, workforce research, survey development, brand and audience questions, and strategic planning. My contribution included moderation, qualitative analysis and synthesis, report writing, presentation development, client communication, and translating research findings into clear strategic narratives and recommendations. Advanced quantitative analysis, weighting, economic impact calculations, and specialized modeling were completed by analytics colleagues; the work shown here reflects the research delivery, synthesis, writing, and strategic interpretation I personally led or contributed to.
