VISIT FLORIDA: AI & Visitor Experience Strategy

Presented through GroundX, my independent research and growth strategy practice, this work sample was independently developed for a competitive Research Manager selection process with VISIT FLORIDA. It was not commissioned client work. I created and delivered a 12 slide presentation examining Florida tourism performance, traveler frustrations, personalization expectations, AI adoption, digital concierge tools, booking transparency, predictive visitor services, and travel industry examples. I synthesized the research into three strategic recommendations and built the supporting charts, narrative, presentation, and speaker notes. The research, analysis, strategy, writing, presentation development, and recommendations shown here reflect work I personally produced.
